Engage (Team) Dashboard Overview
The Engage Dashboard available on the Dashboard and Team pages provides key insights into employee satisfaction and performance, helping boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and retention.
On the Team page, you can monitor employee performance, act on insights, recognize top performers, and identify those needing extra training. This data also helps managers create better schedules based on employee reliability.

Prerequisites
⚠️To access the Engage Dashboard, you must be using 7punches or have a POS labor integration enabled.
- In the left navigation bar, head to Team > Engage:
- Set your filters to narrow down your results:
- You will be directed to the current week. You can review previous weeks by changing the date range.
- Accounts with multiple locations can choose which location to review with the Location drop-down menu.
- Sort by user type.
- Change your view by week or month.

Team Satisfaction.
This section shows your average shift score collected from Shift Feedback surveys.
You can view your shift feedback responses by clicking on 'View Shift Feedback.' You'll be taken to the Shift Feedback Snapshot, where you will see all submitted scores, comments, and selected reasons.

Location Performance Stats.

Team Performance Breakdown.
Use the tabs to view a detailed breakdown of your team's lates, attendance, and dropped bid/shifts bids. Sort the results even further by clicking on the column headers. Or, click on an Employee to head to their unique Performance tab.
Lates: The number of shifts in a week where an employee has arrived late for their scheduled start time.Late percentages are sorted as:
AttendanceNo Shows: The number of occurrences in a week where an employee was scheduled for a shift and did not show up.
Sick: The number of shifts in a week where the 'sick' shift flag was applied.
Dropped Shifts and Shift Bids
Shift Bids: The total number of shift bids that occurred in the Shift Pool in a given week.
Dropped Shifts: The total number of shifts dropped into the Shift Pool this week.

Employee Engagement
This section will show you the employees who are 'Most Reliable,' 'Most Eager,' had the 'Most Sick Days,' are 'Most Often Late,' and had the 'Most Dropped Shifts.'Most Reliable: The employee with the best weekly shift coverage. This employee has the least 'no shows' and is the most punctual this week.
Most Eager: The employee who has bid on the most shifts in the Shift Pool in a week.
Most Sick Days: The employee with the most weekly Sick flags on a location's schedule.
Most Often Late: The employee who has punched in after their scheduled start time the most in a week.
Most Dropped Shifts: The employee who has offered the most shifts into the Shift Pool.

Most Engages and Least Engaged.
The Most Engaged and Least Engaged sections will display the 3 most or least engaged employees. Each employee's level of engagement is determined by several factors including punctuality, shift bids, and dropped shifts over a 4-week span.By hovering over them you can view their Engage data in these categories:
