Shift Feedback Report

The Shift Feedback Report in 7shifts allows users to filter, sort, and export employee shift feedback responses for tracking and operational analysis.

Things To Know

Important: To access this report, the Shift Feedback feature must be enabled for each individual location profile within the account.

Important: Managers require both the "Can run reports" and "Can view shift feedback" permissions to access this data tracking screen.

  • The trend graph monitors the company average shift feedback score alongside team performance metrics over a rolling 90-day window.
  • Positive shift feedback includes employee responses rating a shift as Decent, Good, or Great, while negative shift feedback comprises ratings of Bad or Awful.

Navigate and Filter the Report

  1. Log into the 7shifts web app.
  2. In the left navigation bar, head to Reports and select Shift Feedback.
  3. Use the drop-down filters to narrow down the results by specific date ranges, departments, or roles. The summary block positioned directly above the filters calculates the average shift score, total collected responses, and written comments for the designated timeframe.
