How to Reactivate a Deactivated Admin
If you’re trying to reactivate a user and don’t see the option, it’s likely because the user was deactivated while set as an Admin.
⚠️ Note: Only the Account Owner has the ability to manage user status for deactivated admin users.
Steps to reactivate a former Admin:
- Go to the inactive user’s profile.
- Change their user type from Admin to Manager, Assistant Manager, or Employee.
- Click Save.
- Reactivate the user.
- If they should remain an Admin, change their user type back to Admin after reactivation.
