How do I resend a 7shifts invitation?
Invitation links in 7shifts expire after 5 days if not accepted. You can resend an invitation from the mobile app or web app at any time.
⚠️ Important: Admins can't resend invites to other Admins because they share the same user type and can't access each other's profiles. To resend an invite to another Admin, contact 7shifts Support.
What To Do
- Log into the mobile app.
- Tap the More menu icon at the bottom right corner.
- Select My Team.
- Search for or tap on the employee's profile.
- In the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Resend Invite.
- Tap Yes, resend to confirm.
- Navigate to the employee's profile, or hover over their name on the Schedule page.
