To request a cancellation via live chat:
1. While you're signed in to your account at app.7shifts.com, click on the support chat icon in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
2. When the chat window opens, you'll be prompted to select the topic of your request. Select the 'Billing change' option.
3. Next, you will need to confirm if you are an Admin of the account. If you are an Admin, select 'Yes, I'm the admin.'
4. Next, select 'Request to cancel.'
From there, our team will respond back to assist with the request. In some circumstances, we may ask to confirm a few details to ensure your request is processed correctly.
To request a cancellation via email:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org from an email address associated with an Administrator on the account. An email template is provided below:
