What is preventing a Manager from viewing the full schedule?

Why can't a Manager/Assistant Manager see other Locations and Departments?

If a Manager is having trouble viewing the entire (or a specific schedule) it is typically due to incorrect or insufficient User Assignments within their 7shifts profile.

Let's say a Manager can't see any shifts because their user profile was only assigned to the "Manager Schedule". To resolve this, an Admin needs to update their Employee Assignments to include all the relevant Locations and Departments for which he should be able to view and access schedules.

As an Admin, follow these steps to modify a Manager's Assignments:

  1. Log in to your 7shifts account with Admin permissions.
  2. From the left-hand navigation bar, click on Team.
  3. Locate and click into the Employee Profile of the user experiencing the issue.
  4. Navigate to the Assignments tab.
  5. Select the checkbox next to every Location, and Department that the user needs to view or manage schedules for.
  6. Click Save.

The changes will take effect immediately, allowing the user to view all schedules for the newly assigned areas. Users will only have access to view or modify schedules for the Locations and Departments to which they are specifically assigned.
