Why can't my employees clock in on 7punches?

Issue

When Employees clock in on 7punches, they receive error message "What would you like to do?", and they have no option to move forward.


What To Do

⚠️  Managers/Assistant Managers require permission 'Can manage schedule'.

  1. Login as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select Schedule > view the shift for the Employee > click the shift to confirm which Role the shift is schedule under.
  3. Click the Employee name on the Schedule to open their profile.
  4. Select Assignments.
  5.  Confirm whether they are assigned to the scheduled Role. 
  6. Click the shift to assign the shift to a Role that they are assigned.
     
    Or, assign the Employee to the Role in their profile assignments.
