Why can't employees see the entire schedule?

Why can't employees see the entire schedule in 7shifts? How can I make the whole schedule viewable among all teams?

Employees in 7shifts can only view the schedules for the specific departments they are assigned to. This is designed to:

  • Maintain privacy: Restricting access to only relevant department schedules protects sensitive information.
  • Improve focus: Employees can concentrate on their own schedules and their team within their assigned areas.
  • Promote team awareness: They can easily see who they're working with within their department.

If you need an employee to see schedules for multiple departments, simply add them to those departments in their employee profile.
