The Worked Hours and Wages report captures your Employee's real-time punch data. That is, when they clock-in/out on 7punches or their POS integration.

The Scheduled Hours and Wages report captures scheduled shifts. That is, the shifts that were created by you and your management team on the Schedules page.

Meanwhile, the Variance report will show you the difference between the two (Worked Hours and Wages Report vs. Scheduled Hours and Wages Report).
