Variance Report
The Variance Report allows you to see the difference between the scheduled hours and wages, and the actual worked hours and wages, for your Employees.
⚠️ To access the Variance report you must be using 7punches or have a POS integration with Actual Labor enabled.
To run the Variance report:
- In the left navigation bar, select Reports > Variance.
- Narrow down your report using the Date Range, Location, Department, and Role filters:
- The report will automatically populate the variance labor data and totals for all users that fit the criteria chosen:
- Click Export CSV to save the report on your local device:
- Alternatively, you can export the report from the Time Clocking page > more options icon
> choose Variance.
