Scheduled Hours & Wages Report
The Scheduled Hours & Wages report in 7shifts gives you a breakdown of scheduled labor data for your team across a date range you choose. Use it to review hours scheduled, wages, and shift flags by location, department or role. Managers and Admins can access this report from the Reports section of 7shifts.
FAQ
Can I see a list of just one employee's scheduled shifts instead of the whole schedule?
This report summarizes scheduled shift hours and wages by location, department, or role; it doesn't have a single-employee filter. You can run the report for your desired date range, download it as a CSV, and then sort or filter by the Employee Name column.

When should I use this report versus the Schedule page search?
Use this report when you want to easily reference scheduled hours, wage totals, shift flags and Overtime/Holiday hours (if enabled) across a group, like a whole location, department, or role, over a date range.
Does this report include shifts that haven't been published yet?
Yes, draft and published shifts will appear in the report.
Run the report
Important: Managers and Assistant Managers require the permission 'Can run reports' to run the Scheduled Hours and Wages report.
- Head to Reports > Scheduled Hours & Wages.
- Select the Date Range, Layout, Location, Department, and Role options.
- Under the 'View as' dropdown, you can choose to download the report as a CSV file or view it in your web browser. Then, click on Get Report.
- The report will populate with the scheduled labor data for all users that fit the criteria chosen.
Included in the report:
- Employee ID
- Employee Name
- Shift Flags (e.g., Sick, Late, or custom reasons)
- Date
- Shift Time
- Location
- Role
- Wage
- Hour totals
- Wage totals
⚠️If enabled in the Company Settings, you will be able to see Overtime and Holiday hour totals.
