7shifts Billing
With 7shifts, you're billed monthly or yearly for all active paid subscriptions, excluding free trials. Your selected plan and add-ons are applied to all of your locations. That means you'll be billed the same amount per location, except when pay-per-use add-ons apply.

Important: Only Admins can access and manage 7shifts account billing details.

- 7shifts applies a consistent per-location rate across your account, except for specific pay-per-use add-ons.
- 7shifts Admins can set one payment method for all locations or assign different payment methods to individual locations.
Access the Billing page
- Log in to the 7shifts web app as an Admin.
- In the left navigation bar, head to Settings and select Billing. Alternatively, you can hover over your Profile Icon and select Billing & Plans.
- Use the Subscriptions tab to view current plans and add-ons:
- Use the Payment Methods tab to manage how you pay for 7shifts:
- Select the Pencil icon
to expand details or edit specific subscription information.

After accessing your billing page, you may want to update your credit card on file or download your latest invoice for bookkeeping.
