Update Your Subscription from Monthly to Annual Payments
Before changing your 7shifts payment structure, review the required user permissions and billing adjustments that occur when you switch from a monthly invoice to an annual invoice.
Things to Know
Important: Only an Admin can update the billing information or subscription plan for the 7shifts account. To update your subscription frequency from annual to monthly, get in touch with our Support team.
Update Your Subscription from Monthly to Annual Payments
You can update your 7shifts subscription from monthly payments to annual payments directly from the web application.
- Log in to the web app as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Billing page by clicking Settings > Plans.

Toggle the Bill annually switch located near the top of the page.

Click Choose [Plan name] next to your desired plan name to confirm the plan you want for the account going forward.
Note: Please carefully confirm your selection, whether you are maintaining your current plan or changing your tier.
- Click Confirm & Pay, then click Done.
Next Steps
Your annual invoice is processed immediately after you confirm your plan choice. The remaining balance from your current month's subscription is automatically prorated as a discount on this annual invoice.
