Do employees get a notification when a shift is offered to them?
Answer
Yes. When a shift is offered directly to a specific employee from the Shift Pool, that employee is notified of the offer.
The notification for a specific employee works the same way as when a shift is offered to all employees. Only the selected employee can view and accept that specific shift.
Important: Employees must have email or push notifications enabled in their 7shifts app settings to receive the notification.
The offered shift appears in the Up for Grabs section of the 7shifts app and is visible only to the selected employee.
