How to Fix Errors When Adding Bank Details for 7shifts Tip Payouts (Employees)

Issue

You may see an error message when trying to add or update your bank information for tip payouts. Common messages include:

  • “Please verify your address and re-submit.”

  • “Please verify all data fields for accuracy and re-submit.”

What To Do 

You can fix these errors by ensuring your information is entered correctly. The information you enter must match the information your bank has on file. 

  1. Log in to the mobile app and select the More menu Screen_Shot_2023-02-03_at_9.45.59_AM.png.
  2. Select Tip Payouts.
  3. Click on the settings icon Screen_Shot_2023-02-03_at_10.32.22_AM.png at the top right of your screen.
  4. Select your current banking details.
  5. Tap on Replace debit card.
  6. Add your new banking details. 
  7. Check that you have entered the card details correctly.
  8. Check that the first and last name you entered matches exactly what's on your 7shifts profile.
  9. Check that the address you entered exactly matches the address your bank has on file.
  10. After confirming the information is correct, try to submit it again.
