Set up the 7tasks Terminal

7tasks is available on various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and iPads. To get started, you can download the 7tasks app using the links below:

Launching the 7tasks App

Once the application has been downloaded, here's what happens next:

  1. Admins and Managers with permission Can manage tasks can log in using their 7shifts login credentials to access the punch pad.

  2. Once your credentials have been entered:
         
      • the punchpad will stay logged into that Location. So, there's no need to re-enter your login information each day.
      •  
      • you will be this device's managing user for the Location that is logged in. If your team is trying to switch Locations on the device, it will require your login credentials to authorize the change.

  3. If you have more than one account or Location, you will be prompted to choose one:



  4. Once signed in, you'll see the 7tasks punch pad, a virtual interface where you and your employees can complete tasks using your punch IDs.

 

⚠️ To help reduce the risk of using shared devices, 7tasks users can now allow their employees to access task lists from their devices.
