System Requirements
In order to ensure the security of client data and to provide a smooth end-user experience, you will need to ensure that your device's operating system and web browser satisfy the minimum requirements outlined below.
Desktop operating system minimum requirements
- Windows: Windows 10 (Windows 7 and 8 are unsupported by Microsoft as of January 2023)
- macOS: macOS 12 Monterey (Versions 10.x and 11 are end of life as of 2023)
⚠️ Connection via Windows Vista and Windows XP operating systems are shut off completely as they do not meet the minimum security requirements.
Web browser minimum requirements

If you are on an older system/browser, we advise you upgrade to meet these minimum requirements to continue using 7shifts. Please note that while older browsers may still function, they are no longer supported and are expected to experience performance delays/stop working over time.
Mobile operating system minimum requirements
⚠️ 7shifts does not support iOS beta releases. Using an iOS beta version may result in service disruptions. To learn more about the beta program and how to remove it, please visit Apple's official page.
⚠️ We strive to ensure all features of our apps work across the vast Android ecosystem. While the core functions of the application are supported on most hardware, we cannot guarantee full compatibility for device-specific features like the Camera or Location Services on all manufactured devices. We recommend using hardware from established vendors for the most reliable experience.

Supported regions
7shifts is available in most regions globally. However, to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and to maintain our security standards, access to the 7shifts web and mobile apps may be restricted in certain locations.
