Why Aren’t My Daily Task Lists Showing for Employees?

Daily recurring task lists are not appearing for team members on a specific day.

What To Do

Verify that your location is set to be open for the day in your scheduling hours. 

Daily task lists will automatically generate two hours before your location opens and close two hours after it closes, based on your Location's hours of operation. This 2-hour buffer won't apply if a specific time frame is set for the task list.

⚠️ You must have Admin permissions to complete these steps.

  1. Confirm the task list's recurrence type is set to Daily.
  2. If a specific time frame is set, ensure it aligns with the day in question.
  3. Verify your location's hours of operation, as daily tasks generate 2 hours before opening and 2 hours after closing.
    1. Log in as an Admin.
    2. In the left navigation bar, select Locations/Departments/Roles.
    3. Click on Locations.
    4. Choose the specific location you are having an issue with.
    5. Check the Scheduling Hours to confirm that the location is open for today.
    6. If the location was not set as open, update the hours and click Save. The tasks will now appear for your employees.
