Answer:
No, time off requests submitted in external payroll systems (such as ADP, Gusto, or others) do not automatically sync with 7shifts, even if you have an active integration. If you want to track and manage time off within 7shifts, you must manually enter those requests into 7shifts, even if they've already been submitted in your payroll system.
Note: With some external Payroll integrations we will send Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time Off, and Unpaid Time Off hours within the export. However, we do not transmit the actual request details, approval status, or calendar entries to the payroll provider.
