As an employee, how can I get a new tax form (W-9)?

⚠️ Important: Tax forms are only available for accounts using 7shifts Payroll.

To update information on a W-9 form, an employee must request a new onboarding document from their Manager. Please reach out to your Manager directly to request a new form.
