Why are there no location options when connecting Toast to a new 7shifts location?
Issue
I am trying to connect a new 7shifts Location to my integrated Toast account, but the Toast location is missing from the dropdown (i.e. No options):
What To Do
Important: Make sure you have purchased a connector via Toast for each location want to integrate.
To resolve this, ensure the Partner Group ID from 7shifts is added to the new Location in Toast.
- Click on "Don't see your location listed here?" and then "Click here to connect a new location."
- Follow the Connect a new location setup flow.

Click Open Toast.
- In Toast, head to Integrations > Configure integrations
- Find 7shifts and click the gear icon under Actions.

Copy and paste the 7shifts Partner Group ID provided in 7shifts into the Group ID field in Toast. Apply the same Group ID for both locations and leave the Location ID fields blank.
- Select Apply.
- In 7shifts, click Check Connection ✅.
- Once connection is established, follow the in app setup to connect the Toast location to the corresponding 7shifts location, configure your settings, match Roles and import employees.
