No Location Options When Connecting Toast to a new 7shifts Location

Issue

I am trying to connect a new 7shifts Location to my integrated Toast account, but the option to select a Toast location is missing (i.e. No options):


What To Do

⚠️ Make sure you have purchased a connector via Toast for each location want to integrate.

To resolve this, ensure the Partner ID from 7shifts is added to the new Location in Toast. 

  1. Find the Partner Group ID in 7shifts by heading to your 7shifts account > Toast> My Integrations > Toast > +Add Account.
  2. Copy the existing Partner Group ID.
  3. Add the Partner Group ID in Toast by heading to your Toast Account > Integrations > Configure Integrations.
  4. Click the gear icon next to 7shifts.
  5. Paste the Partner Group ID into the Group ID field.
  6. If connecting multiple locations, paste the same Partner Group ID for all the locations that you wish to connect:
