"Employee ID must be unique"

I'm getting error message "Employee ID must be unique" on the employee profile page.

What to Do

If you encounter the error message "Employee ID must be unique" when adding or updating an employee, it means the ID you’re trying to assign is already in use.

Double-check other Employee IDs in 7shifts.

  • The employee's first and last name
  • Their current Employee ID
