Does the 7shifts Variance Report show actual labor variance for salaried employees?

Answer

The Variance Report is designed to highlight the differences between scheduled hours and wages versus actual worked hours and wages for employees. However, it works best for employees with hourly wages.

For salaried employees, the report only displays the variance in hours (scheduled hours minus actual/worked hours). It does not calculate wage variance for salaried employees by design.
