Will PTO policies and balances transfer from a previous payroll provider when switching to 7shifts Payroll?

No, PTO policies and accrued balances do not automatically transfer from a previous payroll provider. Employers (7shifts Admins) must recreate these policies in 7shifts. After assigning employees to a policy, Admins or Managers with the appropriate permissions can manually update each employee's PTO balance by editing the policy hours within their employee profiles.
