Will PTO/Sick PTO be automatically deducted from an employee’s balance once approved?

Answer

Yes. When an employee assigned to a Time Off policy in 7shifts has a Paid Time Off or Sick Paid Time Off request approved by a Manager or Admin, the approved hours are automatically deducted from their available paid time off balance.

To enable this functionality, Time Off Policies must be created in 7shifts and assigned to each relevant employee.
