What does "Reason: deactivated on POS" mean on the inactive page?

The "Deactivated on POS" status means that the employee has been deactivated in your POS system, which has automatically deactivated them in 7shifts as well. This can happen when Employee Sync is enabled in your supported integration settings - it will sync the status there to ensure both match.


Please note that if you reactivate the employee in your POS system, you must manually reactivate their profile in 7shifts, as the current integration setup does not support automatic reactivation on 7shifts.

On the other hand, when an employee is deactivated in 7shifts, their profile will no longer appear on the mapping page, and it will unmap from their POS profile.
