What does the Reactivation Pending icon mean in 7shifts?

Answer

When an employee’s profile shows a Reactivation Pending status, it means that the employee has not yet confirmed the reactivation of their account.

If an Employee is reactivated in 7shifts and has multiple Accounts associated with their e-mail, they must accept an account reactivation invite before their profile becomes active again. This provides an additional layer of verification and also ensures that the correct profile owner regains access to their account.

Once an Admin, Manager, or Assistant Manager initiates the reactivation process, the system sends the employee an email with a reactivation invite. The employee must click the link in that email to verify their account and confirm reactivation.

Until the employee completes this step, their profile remains inactive, and they will still appear on the Inactive Employee list with a yellow Reactivation Pending icon next to their name.
