What Does "Invite Pending" mean for a reactivated employee?

What does the Invite Pending icon mean in 7shifts next to a reactivated employee? 

Answer

When a reactivated employee's profile shows a Invite pending icon, it means that the employee has not yet accepted their reactivation confirmation email.

When any employee is reactivated in 7shifts, 7shifts sends a confirmation email to the address on their profile. The employee must click the link in that email to regain access to their 7shifts account. Until they complete this step, a yellow Invite pending icon appears next to their name in the Employees list. 

In the employee's profile under the personal tab, you will see the date the reactivation email was sent and have the option to resend the reactivation email. 

The employee's profile moves to the active Employees list immediately after reactivation is initiated, so managers can schedule them while the invite is pending.

Once the employee clicks the confirmation link, the pending icon clears and their account access is restored.
