Why can't I see all my employees on the Schedule?

How come some of my staff are missing from the schedule?
What to Do
As a Manager/Assistant Manager, the number of employees visible on your schedule is set by your Admin or direct manager.
In 7shifts, you can only see employees who share the same assignments as you (i.e., Department and Location). These assignment settings are managed by an Admin or a user with higher-level access.
If you need to see employees from other Departments or Locations, please contact your Admin or a higher-level user for assistance.
