Can Employees trade shifts between different roles?

In the Shift Pool, Employees can only offer and take shift trade requests with those who share the same Location, Department, and Role assignments.

What to Do

In this scenario, you can adjust your Employee's assignments. For example, you can assign the Employee to multiple Roles so they can trade shifts with other employees in different roles.
