Why is an Employee's information greyed out?

Why can't I edit an employee's details like their phone number or emergency contact?

Answer

If some fields of an employee's personal information is greyed out, this is expected. These fields include their mobile number, emergency contact information, and pronouns.

If your employee needs to update this information, please ask them to log in to their account to do this on their end.
