Employee count and weather widget missing from the Schedule
Issue
The employee count (number of staff scheduled) and the weather widget are missing from the Schedule page, even when viewing a published schedule. This information typically appears just below the dates, next to the weather icon.
Cause
This display issue occurs if your web browser zoom level is too high or if you are using a smaller screen. When the page is zoomed in, 7shifts hides these widgets to prioritize the schedule grid.
What to do
Tip: We recommend using the default 100% zoom level for the best experience in 7shifts. If you are zoomed to 125% or higher, these widgets may be hidden.
- On your keyboard, press and hold the Ctrl key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac).
- While holding the key, press the - (minus) key to zoom out.
- Continue zooming out until the employee count (person icon) and weather widget appear beneath the schedule dates.

If zooming out does not resolve the issue, please contact 7shifts support with the following information:
- The type of device and the size of your screen or monitor.
- The name and version of your web browser.
- Confirmation that your web browser is fully up-to-date.
