At this time, the name that appears on your bank statement for Tip Payouts cannot be changed.

Why This Happens

All Tip Payouts display the name of the individual who originally set it up in the account. Our payment processor requires the account holder’s name to be tied to each transaction for compliance and security purposes.

What To Do

If a different name must appear on bank statements, the only available option is to complete the following process:

• Create a new 7shifts account for the individual whose name should appear.
• Have that individual complete the Tip Payouts setup process through their own profile.
