At this time, the name that appears on your bank statement for Tip Payouts can’t be changed.

All tip payouts will show the name of the person who originally set up Tip Payouts feature in 7shifts. This is because our payment processor, requires that the account holder’s name be tied to each transaction for compliance and security purposes.

If you’d like a different name to appear, the only option is to create a new 7shifts account and have the person whose name should appear on payouts complete the Tip Payouts setup through their own profile.
