How to Correct a Wrong Termination Date

You entered the wrong termination date for an employee in 7shifts and want to edit or delete it.

What To Do

You can’t edit or delete a termination date once it’s been entered in 7shifts. However, you can correct it by adding a new employment history record for the employee.

To correct an incorrect termination date, you'll need to add a new employment history.

  1. Log into your 7shifts account.
  2. Go to the employee's profile.
  3. Scroll down to the Employment section.
  4. Under the Employment History section, click + Add employment history:
  5. Enter the correct termination date in the new employment history record.
  6. Click Save to complete these changes.
