System Requirements

In order to ensure the security of client data and to provide a smooth end-user experience, you will need to ensure that your device's operating system and web browser satisfy the minimum requirements outlined below.

Desktop Operating system minimum requirements

Windows: Windows 10 (Windows 7 and 8 are unsupported by Microsoft as of January 2023)
macOS: macOS 12 Monterey (Versions 10.x and 11 are end of life as of 2023)

⚠️ Connection via Windows Vista and Windows XP operating systems are shut off completely as they do not meet the minimum security requirements.

Web browser minimum requirements

Google Chrome	Version 87 or higher (12+ on iOS mobile)
Safari	Version 14 or higher (12+ on iOS mobile)
Firefox	Version 80 or higher (12+ on iOS mobile)
Edge	Version 88 or higher
Internet Explorer	Not supported

⚠️ If you are on an older system/browser, we advise you upgrade to meet these minimum requirements to continue using 7shifts. Please note that while older browsers may still function, they are no longer supported and are expected to experience performance delays/stop working over time.

Mobile operating system minimum requirements

⚠️ 7shifts does not support iOS beta releases. Using an iOS beta version may result in service disruptions. To learn more about the beta program and how to remove it, please visit Apple's official page.

7shifts:

iOS	14.0+ Users may still have access to the app if they are on an older version of iOS - but can expect to experience performance issues. They will need to update to iOS 14+ to continue to benefit from regular updates and general performance improvements.
Android	7.0+ Users can still use the app if they are on an older operating system, but they will need to update to 7.0+ to continue to benefit from regular updates.

iOS	15.0+ Users can still use the app if they are on an older version of iOS, but they will need to update to iOS 15+ to continue to benefit from regular updates.
Android	5.0+
Amazon Fire	6.0+

⚠️ Tip: Users can also set up automatic updates for their devices and from their app store to ensure that they are running the latest software versions available.

Supported Countries

On iOS, the 7shifts mobile app is unavailable in Russia and Brazil.

On Android, the 7shifts mobile app is unavailable in Russia, Brazil, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, and Sudan.
