Actuals Report

The Actuals report will provide you with better insight into your business with custom filtering.

⚠️To access this report, you will need to be using 7punches or have a POS integration that includes actual labor.

⚠️ When integrated with a POS integration, the actuals report will reflect net sales by default.

To run the report:

1. Head to Reports > Actuals.

2. Select a Date Range, Location, and Department (optional), then choose to view by Day, Week, or Month.

⚠️To use the Department filter, you will need to have Department Based Budgeting enabled in your POS integration.

3. Once you have run the report you can sort any column by clicking its title.

4. The Actuals report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking 'Export CSV' in the top right corner.
