Why Is My Tip Pooling Report Empty or Missing Data in 7shifts?

Your Tip Pooling report is showing no data or is missing some information.

What To Do

A Tip Pooling report may appear empty or incomplete for a few common reasons:

  • The report will not populate until all employees in the tip pool have clocked out.

  • Employees must clock in and out under the correct roles that are configured in your Tip Pool settings.

  • If no tips were entered, no data will populate in the report.

  • Reports will not finalize until the timesheets for the selected date range are closed.

To resolve this, make sure all employees have clocked out, roles in Tip Pool settings are set up correctly, tips are entered, and timesheets are closed.
