Is it possible to disable group messaging for employees only?

Can I turn off group chat but keep private messages (for Managers) in 7shifts?

Answer

No, it isn't possible to selectively disable the group messaging feature in 7shifts while retaining the ability for managers to send private messages to employees.

It is possible to remove the entire messaging feature (account-wide) but it does not provide granular control to disable only group chats while keeping one-on-one private messages active. To do this, an Admin must reach out to our Support team.
