Can I lock the schedule after publishing it to prevent further adjustments? 

Answer

Currently, 7shifts does not offer a feature to lock the schedule after it's published. Admins, Managers, and Assistant Managers with scheduling permissions can continue to make edits to the Department scheduled they are assigned.

However, you can use the Activity Log to track all schedule republishing events and identify who made changes. This provides a record of modifications, even if the schedule cannot be locked.
