Activity Log

The Activity Log allows you to view an audit log of some of the key actions occurring within the account.

⚠️This feature is only available on the Works plan or higher. 

1. To view the Activity Log, hover over the 7shifts logo in the top right of the screen, then select 'Activity Log.'

2. Here, you can view and search through your logs for the following events:
  • Availability approvals, deletions, and edits
  • Schedule publishes, clears, and re-publishes
  • Announcements
  • Shift Pool approvals or rejections
⚠️Please note that the Activity Log will show the event activity of all Locations in the account. So this information will be visible to any Managers and Assistant Managers, regardless of which Locations their user profiles are assigned to.

3. To filter by a category, click on the dropdown menu. You can also search by employee name.

4. Click on the 'View Details' button to see more information about an event and 'Hide Details' to collapse it.
