Why does my employee show $0 on the schedule, but they have shifts?
Issue
An Employee's schedule displays shifts, but their wages show $0 under their name.
What To Do
⚠️ Managers and Assistant Managers require permission 'Can edit employees', and 'Can view wages'.
This issue can happen if:
- The employee is scheduled under a department but no role has been assigned.
- The role assigned to the employee has a wage set to $0.
To resolve the issue:
- Log in to the web app as an Admin or Manager/Assistant Manager with permissions.
- In the left navigation bar, head to Team.
- Click on an employee name to expand their profile.
- Select the Assignments tab, and verify that they are assigned to a Role.
- Select the Wages and payment tab, and verify the role has a valid wage set (ensure it matches the role they are scheduled under).
