It is not possible to merge two employee profiles in 7shifts. Instead, we recommend deactivating one of the profiles and keeping the other active. This ensures that employee data remains organized and avoids duplication in the system.

Duplicate profiles often occur when an employee's invite email does not work, leading to a new profile being created with a different email.
