Which wage rate is used for PTO when employees have multiple roles and are assigned to a Time Off Policy?

Answer

For employees with multiple wage rates across roles, the rate used for approved Paid Time Off (PTO) requests will default to the role they work most frequently.

However, an Admin or Manager with the appropriate permissions can customize or specify a different rate in the employee's profile for PTO requests, if needed.
