How do I check the remaining balance for a fixed recurring (Total Dollar Amount) deduction in payroll?

Currently, there is no report or feature that displays the remaining balance owed on a Fixed Recurring (Total Dollar Amount) deduction. 

What To Do

To determine the remaining balance, Admins must manually calculate the amount using the employee's historical pay stubs. Subtract the total amount already deducted from the original total dollar amount of the deduction to find the current balance owed.
