The Engage Dashboard provides key insights into employee satisfaction and performance to help 7shifts users boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Important: Managers and Assistant Managers can only view data for the Locations assigned to them in 7shifts.

  • The Engage Dashboard is accessible from the Dashboard and Team pages.
  • Metrics are calculated based on date ranges, user types, and specific locations.
  • Data focuses on reliability, feedback, and tenure.

Filter Engage Dashboard data


Use filters on the Dashboard to narrow down the data displayed in the Engage Dashboard metrics.

  • Use the date picker to choose a week and see data from previous periods per week or month.
  • Filter data by Manager, Assistant Manager, Employee, or all user types.
  • Export the Engage Dashboard data to your local device.
  • Sort data by lates, no shows, dropped shifts, shift bids, average shift score, and average tenure.

Understand Engage Dashboard metrics


The Engage Dashboard displays total and Location-specific metrics based on the selected filters.

  • The Avg. Lates metric represents the percentage of late arrivals across 7shifts locations to help identify punctuality issues.
  • The Avg. No Shows metric represents the percentage of no-show shifts to show team reliability.
  • The Avg. Dropped Shifts metric represents the rate at which employees drop scheduled shifts.
  • The Avg. Shift Score is a rating metric based on shift feedback submitted by the team.
  • The Avg. Tenure metric is the average number of days employees have been with the organization to indicate staff retention levels.
