If 7shifts is your payroll provider, you can view and download your W-2 directly from your 7shifts account once they are issued. This article outlines how you can access and download your W-2 in 7shifts.

⚠️ Note: Access to W-2s is only available for accounts using 7shifts Payroll. If your company uses a different payroll provider, please contact them for information on how to access your W-2.
⚠️ Important: 2024 W-2s will be available in 7shifts starting January 20, 2025.

Mailed W-2s:

  • Employees who did not consent to Paperless Statements will receive a physical copy of their W-2 mailed to the address listed in their 7shifts profile.
  • Mailed W-2s are sent out by our payroll processing partner, Check, on a rolling basis and will arrive by the end of February. In the meantime, employees can view their W-2 online following this guide.
