"This conflicts with an existing time off request"

Issue

If you encounter the error message "This conflicts with an existing time off request" when trying to submit a new time off request, it means that there is already a pending request that overlaps with the dates you are trying to submit.

What To Do 

1. Check your current time off requests to identify any that share the same dates with your new submission.
   
   

2. If you find an overlap, you have a couple of options:
   
   

   • Adjust your new request and modify the dates of your new time off request to avoid overlapping with existing requests:
     
     
     
     
   • Delete existing requests. If the pending/approved requests are no longer needed, you can cancel them to submit your new request without conflicts:
