How to change the timezone if it's displaying incorrectly on my 7shifts app?

If the timezone in your 7shifts app is incorrect, the hours may display earlier or later than expected. 


What To Do

Reach out to your Admin:

The timezone on your 7shifts app is based on your employer’s settings. Contact your Admin to review the account’s location and timezone settings. 

Check your device's timezone settings:

It’s also important to check the timezone on your device. On most devices, you can update this by going to Settings > General > Date & Time and ensuring the correct timezone is selected.
